Primrose School of Westlake is an accredited daycare located in the Westlake area that offers infant, toddler, preschool, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and after school programs. For over 40 years Primrose preschools has been a trusted household name and a nationally recognized daycare provider committed to forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children.
Would not recommend this daycare. Aside from the fact that the workers come in and out and change regularly and are on their phones most afternoons at pickup (personal phones, not the Primrose iPads), I have been waiting over 6 months for the owner Divya Singh to issue me a refund check for charging me an additional week when my children were no longer enrolled. I followed all procedures and was still “accidentally” charged since I was on autopay. This was in June of 2025, and it is now January of 2026, with absolutely no resolution from the “school.” Overall, very overpriced for what you are getting and the owner is clearly sketchy. We have switched to another actual school and have been so much happier.

I spoke to the school who advised they had an opening immediately for my children. I left work drove toured & signed documentation that same day and drove back to work. Within an hour they called and said they had a teacher walk out and they could no longer accept child into school. Very disappointing interaction & experience.

Amazing staff. They always go above and beyond to provide supportive strategies and I love the sibling childcare option as childcare backup when I need it. Top of the line!!! Highly recommend 😊

We were so happy that we chose this daycare for our son. My son hardly spoke English when he joined. Ms Stebbins and Ms Lucas took great care of him🙂. We are grateful to the entire staff of the school for their exceptional service. Their love and care broke his anxiety of shifting to a new country. My son learnt a lot here.
