We couldn’t be happier with Primrose Jerome! We previously attended Primrose Mill Run. After relocating to the area, it only made sense to transition to the Jerome location. Our 2.5-year-old was fully potty trained in just a month thanks to Miss Josie and Miss Lexi, who poured so much love into her transition. She’s now thriving in Pathways with Miss Christina and Miss Laurie. She is always talking about her teachers, friends, and fun activities in her classroom which is a testament to the thoughtful and engaging curriculum. We appreciate Mr. Danny and his careful planning of their menu, supplying two meals and two snacks a day. Not having to plan for her breakfast and lunch during the week is one less thing to worry about! Our 7 month-old is thriving with Miss Michele, Miss Grace, and Miss Sam—always keeping us updated on his naps and bottles. We also love the convenience of having diapers and wipes provided. The daily pictures and updates are wonderful. The admin team, Miss Alyson and Miss Katie, is responsive and supportive. It’s not always easy to leave your children in someone else’s hands 40 hours a week, but the caring teachers, enriching curriculum, and constant communication from Primrose Jerome make it feel like they are part of our family. Highly recommend!

They were mostly kind and welcoming. Shanel was truly the best. It was nice that diapers and wipes were included. Also, as a family with dietary restrictions (no beef/pork), it was great that that was an out of the box option. However, I was so disappointed by the school as a whole. Firstly, I saw some teachers yelling at kids — if that happened while I was standing there, what happens when I’m gone? Once I decided to switch schools, I ended up interviewing a ton of different daycares. I just noticed that things weren’t done well at Primrose of Dublin Jerome. One of my biggest gripes was Splash Day. They only do it twice a month and if it rains, tough luck - they don’t reschedule. Almost every other school does it weekly or bi-weekly. Also, the administration never gave me incident reports - I could look at them, but they were never given to me. My kid kept getting bitten so I decided I wanted to start keeping a record of the reports. I tried to take one home and was told it was only me to sign and the school to keep. It’s a new school and it is very clearly trying to find its path. I just wasn’t willing to let my kid be part of the experiment. I would recommend to interview a ton of daycares. If Primrose of Dublin Jerome works for your family - awesome!! But there are other daycares throughout Dublin.

We’ve absolutely loved our experience at primrose since starting when they opened. Miss Shue and Miss Katie were incredible for our son in the Pre-k room, and Miss Shelby and Miss Holly are wonderful in the pre-school room for our daughter. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at primrose!

I have been a teacher with this Primrose location since their opening in December of 2023, and in the childcare industry for nearly 20 years. Primrose of Jerome began as a much needed school in a location without many childcare options for the fast growing community. As such, I have seen several ups and downs over the years. There have been staffing changes and management changes over the last few months in particular that I feel have greatly improved the culture at our school. Primrose and N&E Learning really strives for a standard of excellence in the care and learning of their schools. Sometimes that means making changes and growing for the better. I am proud to say that I've seen this location take accountability, rise to the call, set high standards, and make tough choices to ensure the utmost care is being given to the precious children we are entrusted with. Over the last few months, we have seen a higher quality and consistency with staffing along with overall morale in our staff that provides peace of mind to our families regarding the care of their little ones. In my almost 20 years of experience, I can truly say that Primrose's balanced learning curriculum focused on purposeful play, happy hearts, and belongingess, is the best I have ever had the privilege of teaching. I have seen so much positive growth in our children, and I am in awe of what a blessing it is to be part of their early learning, and witness these milestones.
