Ms Courtney should be fired immediately.
- She called me several times last summer/fall, asking what to do with my child during nap time. She wanted him to sit for TWO hours on his cot with colors. I tried to explain to her that it is very normal for a 5 yo to transition out of nap and for a top tier school like this, there should be a play room for the kids who don’t want to nap. Several phone calls for the same issue and I regret to say she was rude and aggressive.
- My child spikes a fever, she calls in a very cold manner asking for my child to be picked up within an hour to comply with school policy. I work far and I am in healthcare, I can’t just leave my job!
I have zero family who can drive and pick him up. I asked for extra time maybe an extra half an hour. Again, very aggressively, she kept repeating the school policy.
The teachers and Jill are amazing, hence the 3 stars. Someone as incompetent as Courtney shouldn’t be around children or communicate with parents or any customer service related issues.
