We have been with Primrose Mill Run since March 2022 and have been very pleased with our experience! I can think of many great teachers our girls have had, but currently Miss Mackenzie Melvin (Preschool Pathways) and Pam Mayer (Pre-Kindergarten) especially stand out! The care and communication have been above and beyond what we expected. Worth the cost.

My daughter loves this school - and I can tell that the teachers genuinely care about her on a personal level. We are very happy with this Primrose location!

Subpar at best......Both of our sons attended Primrose at Mill Run and the infant and toddler teachers were absolutely AMAZING! Unfortunately, we starting having a pretty frustrating and difficult situation when our older son was in preschool pathways. The staff pigeon holed our son as the only problem in the class and sent him home at least 2 days most weeks because of his "behavior". We engaged an intervention specialist at Hilliard City Preschool and her assessment was his behavior was a result of the environment and how he was being treated. The Mill Run location would physically restrain my son, trying to "keep his body safe". This traumatized him significantly. Mill Run blindsided me that they needed to part ways with my family with less than two weeks notice, the week before Thanksgiving and when I had pneumonia. We have been at a new daycare provider since leaving Mill Run and have had NO ISSUES with our son. I'm not one to post reviews but felt the need to do so to inform other parents of our experience.

We’ve been at Mill Run for over a year! We’ve decided to move to another Primrose closer to our home. But Mill Run will always have a special place in our hearts and our daughter’s development. Thank you to Miss Sarah and the rest of the Mill Run Staff!! We’ll miss you!
