The first week was great, however, the second week, my daughter had intermittent music lessons and spent a great deal of time coloring instead of receiving instruction. She was bored and needless to say, we were disappointed. One month ago, they charged me $600 in error, and I have yet to receive a full refund. It feels extremely disorganized and unprofessional.
