- JLJasmin LaiDec 15, 20255.0Primrose Preschool in Henderson has been the perfect fit for us. The brand-new facilities are top-notch, and the staff is both professional and genuinely warm. The daily programs are thoughtfully crafted, and I love how they involve parents. Their ProCare app is super convenient, the meal plan is excellent, and the tuition is reasonable. We considered other schools out of state, but this has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We had heard great news about and even considered Primrose in San Antonio when we lived in Texas as they had gained a strong reputation. After doing tons of different tours around different campuses and over a span of weeks, it only made sense to choose Primrose Henderson. It has proven to be an excellent decision. This daycare is veteran-owned—specifically Marine-owned—and the level of organization and detail truly reflects that background. The staff, including Felicia, Karen, Alexandra, and Zoey, have all been outstanding. They’ve been instrumental in helping with our daughter Lily’s socialization and even her potty training journey. Additionally, the Procare app they use makes it easy to stay informed about our child’s daily activities, which they curate many of, and we find the communication and payment process to be straightforward and reasonably priced. In short, for fellow discerning parents, we can confidently recommend Primrose Henderson as a place where your child will be in good hands.

After trying 2 previous daycare centers, with our toddler, I can safely say the staff (teachers, administrators, even the chef) honestly care about each child that walks through the doors, even those that are not in their classrooms. I am thoroughly updated on my child's day and called about any small matter that has transpire. Love having zero surprises when it comes to my children! Even the summer camp program rocked for my 6 year old! I promise you guys can not go wrong with Primrose Henderson. Special recognition to Mrs. Feleicia, Mrs. Alex, Mrs. Karen, Ms. Zoe and Mrs. Nimi!! We genuinely appreciate each and very one of you!
- AMAlisha McCormickAug 1, 20255.0What an amazing school and staff! Everybody is on the same page and has all of the same answers, which doesn’t seem like a big deal, until it is. We came from MerryHill to Primrose and we are so happy we did. The teachers are amazing and the cleanliness of this school is unreal! They clean and sanitize every room every night, and have the kids wash their hands as soon as they enter the room for the day. The “daycare sicknesses” don’t even exist at this school. Never have I seen an unattended child just crying by themself. Finally somebody got it right! The teachers are all so sweet and you can tell that they genuinely care about their kids. I love that they have an indoor gym, for when the weather does not permit an outside day. My daughter is learning so much and has started asking me questions about topics and words (she is 3.5). She is very involved in our conversations and curious about spelling words! We came in a little late in the year, but the other kids were already writing their own names. In just a little over a month, she can almost spell hers on her own! I am blown away at how amazing every piece of this school is handled! MerryHill was supposed to be the best school in the valley, but they charge more and provide way less. Private schools/daycares are pricey for a reason, you cannot get this kind of care in public schools/daycares. This school is worth way more than they charge, but I am so happy we can afford it. I feel like Primrose is truly the best school in the valley. Thank you for everything you do!
- VEVance ElrodJul 31, 20255.0Prior to choosing Primrose, we toured multiple facilities in the area. The cleanliness, organization, and curriculum at Primrose made our choice very easy. When I look back at the progress our son has made during the last 7 months, it is clear that we made the right decision. Thank you to his exceptional teacher, Ms Marie, for all of her kindness and care. Additionally, all of the other staff members have been amazing!
