  This center is under new administration! I was able to meet the new Center Director, Ms. Asia, and what a sweet and genuine lady she is! She took the time to speak with me, answer all of my questions, and made me feel truly welcome. Like many parents, I came across the old reviews and had some hesitation. But after visiting the center in person and meeting Ms. Asia, my heart and mind completely changed. Please do a tour before assuming what this center is like based on outdated reviews, you’ll see the difference immediately. I can already tell this center is on the path to thriving, and I feel confident in enrolling my child here as soon as I return from maternity leave. I’m really looking forward to the positive changes ahead and being part of this new, exciting chapter!

  This facility should be shut down immediately. On July 30th, 2025, my 4-year-old son—who has a medically documented allergy to peas—was served peas during lunch. When he told the teacher about his allergy, she dismissed his concern and told him to "pick them out", completely ignoring the severity of his condition. This reckless behavior led to a severe allergic reaction that could have been life-threatening. As if that weren't enough, 2 days later my son was able to leave the building entirely and get off premises, making it all the way to Statesville Road, a major, extremely dangerous area for any child, especially a 4-year-old. This is an appalling and unacceptable failure in basic supervision and safety protocols. Due to the facility’s gross negligence, I am now forced to withdraw my son from KinderCare and urgently seek a secure safe, alternative childcare. I have sent emails requesting documentation regarding details about the incident that took place as well as requesting a refund for tuition and registration fees and I've gotten NO RESPONSE from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you care about your child’s safety and well-being, I urge you to think twice before trusting this facility. I sincerely hope no other family has to go through this kind of negligence.

  I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Ever since there has been a change in new management Connie and Teresa have been amazing! I see the difference every time i drop my drop my daughter off. Not only that if I’m late to pickup up time they’re always willing to stay longer until i get there with no complaints. Both of these ladies work VERY HARD to not only make sure that the business is running well but also to make sure every child is well taken care of from the youngest to the oldest. So shoutout to Connie and Teresa for being awesome directors!

  Since my children started here I have had no issues. Ms.Connie made sure that the application and transition here was easy when we first started. My kids loveeee their teachers and peers. This center goes by the BOOK which is a definite green flag to me even down to the incident reports and tuition changes. The communication is great as well. I never had a problem with getting in touch with someone. The app is amazing!! I get an amazing report every single day and updates frequently throughout the day as well. My children attend 5 days a week because of my work schedule and the staff is so gracious that they make it very easy for my family. Love it here!

  Kinder care is no longer willing to honor Daycare pricing agreements, teachers are constantly calling out, classrooms are either closed due to staff shortage or having to close early. Here recently it appears they care more about their money than they do about the Family’s to have their children there. So far nothing has been done to make the issues better.
