I have been very happy with our experience over the last 3 months. My kids love their teachers and are excited to go each day. My 2 yo is frequently having so much fun that he doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day and the infant room is always so calm.
The administrative staff is friendly and very responsive. I especially appreciate that the meals provided by the school are healthy and varied, that I get updates throughout the day on their app, and that the facility is clean.

We’ve had such a positive experience with our daughter’s preschool! The communication is amazing - whether it’s updates through the app, adorable pictures throughout the day, or simply being able to talk directly with the teachers, it’s always easy and genuine. Every staff member we’ve interacted with are warm, caring, and clearly dedicated to the kids. Our daughter absolutely loves going, and to me, that speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they’ve created. She’s learning so much and getting ready for kindergarten, all while having fun. The school also plans the cutest events, and it’s obvious how much love and thought they put into everything they do. We couldn’t be happier!

We’ve been very happy with Primrose at West Lake! Our daughter has been attending for two years and has progressed through several classes, each with wonderful teachers who are caring, engaging, and truly invested in her growth. Every teacher she’s had has helped her thrive, making her days fun and enriching.
We’ve seen great progress in her physical, social, and personal skills, and she looks forward to going to daycare each day — excited to play with her friends and interact with her teachers.
The teachers and staff are also very communicative through the app and emails, which gives us peace of mind knowing she’s in such caring hands. We’re so grateful to be part of the Primrose community!

I have three children and have used full time daycare as a working mother for all three starting at 5 months old through kindergarten. My older two were at two other daycares which were great. However when I had my youngest I went looking for a new daycare that really had the special touch of feeling like a home away from home. Primrose at West Lake specifically not just any primrose was our top choice after touring 5+ other schools and comparing two the two my older children attended. My daughter has been in the infant room for four months and we are so happy with our decision. The ratio of baby to teacher is the lowest anywhere in this area. They feed change and put down for nap on demand as much is required not on a “two hours we change” or “every 3 hours we do a bottle.” My daughter is thriving there, never cries at drop off, and I’m never concerned for her safety care or wellbeing there. I used to watch the cameras like a hawk while I was at work with my older two. Not at Primrose, I get tons of photos and they do so many enrichment activities even with the babies that I am looking forward to seeing what they will do in the older classes. The teachers really care about the children and the Management is very professional and communicative about everything going on in the school and efficient regarding admin things. Not to mention the campus is beautifully maintained, with multiple playgrounds and outdoor areas, shaded, and very clean. Highly highly recommend Primrose at West Lake!
