  Our daughter loves Primrose! When we moved to the area, Primrose was recommended to us, and we are so happy we decided to enroll! Jackie, Heather, and Lisa have all been so wonderful and helpful. We could not be happier!

  Family members probably refer to me as an overly cautious mom. Choosing a daycare was a very overwhelming thought. Who can you trust your child with? Who will love them as much as you? Who will be there for them? We have been with Primrose now for 5 yrs. My oldest started at 1.5 yrs old and is now finishing the private kindergarten. We 1000% based our decision on the owner and director of this specific Primrose. We knew nothing of her but after meeting her and touring the school I knew, that my child’s safety would be #1. I knew my child would come first. I knew they would offer me advice if needed in this parenting journey. They exceeded my expectations. I will be forever grateful of how much easier they made this experience over the past 5 years. We have one year left with our youngest and it will be a sad day when we have to say goodbye to our second family.

  This isn't just a school, it's a family! Not only is the facility beautiful, well kept, clean, and sanitized daily but the staff are THE BEST you will find! This is one of the few preschools we found where teachers have college degrees in early education. And everyone from the leadership team to the auxiliary staff know and love our children daily! It really says something when your child runs into school and gives the school chef a hug!! This is not a "daycare" that's owned by a third party that is never present in the building. This is a family owned and operated facility and it is truly run more like a FAMILY than a business! The owner is there and present every single morning when I drop my kids off at school!! We've been sending our children there for 3 years and it is the only preschool we would ever consider. Our daughter has a peanut allergy and I wouldn't trust any other school in the area. The staff is so attentive to every need of every child. I truly feel like they CARE about my kids. I am able to leave my babies daily and go to work and focus on my job without a worry in my mind. I have daily communication with my kids teachers as well as being able to see them throughout the day via an app. I can not express enough how much we love the Primrose School of O'Fallon! No other facility will ever compare.

  Lori and her daughter Jackie have been nothing short of amazing. We started going here about three years ago and haven’t looked back since. I believe we found a true preschool hidden gem in the area; I just love how it runs more like a school than a daycare. They put so much energy to making every event so special for the children and parents (even during the pandemic phase when they had to get a little creative). My kids love going to school because they love their friends and their sweet teachers. Could go on and on but I couldn’t recommend them more!

  From day one of our introductory visit, we have never doubted the decision to become a part of the Primrose FAMILY. The staff is amazing from the top down while the facility is first-class. We made the move from another (cheaper) day care and quickly realized what a world of difference there is in professionalism, educational material, maintenance upkeep, communication, the nutritional plan, core values, & many others things. I would encourage anyone looking for a new child care facility to give Primrose a look because chances are you will be sold before finishing the tour!
