I would like to start by saying I absolutely love how kind and caring all of the staff has been since we started. We have not had any issues at all and always feel confident in their ability to care for our child. We moved from Primrose in Florida and can definitely say the staff here is tremendously better. It feels more like a family than just another daycare facility. We look forward to many more years of being part of the Primrose family.

I highly recommend Primrose School of Prior Lake and Savage. The leadership and directors have created a truly exceptional learning environment. The teachers are incredibly caring and passionate about their work. They go above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued and loved. The Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum is well-structured and engaging, making learning fun for the little ones. I especially appreciate the emphasis on character development. Primrose instills values like kindness, respect, and responsibility in children, shaping them into well-rounded individuals. I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose Schools to any parent seeking a high-quality early childhood education and childcare experience.

Literally a terrible establishment. My kid was sick non stop and somehow $1800 month can't even get diapers changed in a timely manner. The management is more worried about packing the classrooms full vs providing quality care. The care providers were fine, but very young and inexperienced. Management had every opportunity to communicate to us issues with our child but neglected to do so and instead blindsided us with an eviction.
