There as been MANY incidents where I’ve pulled up to drop my kid off and NO ONE was there. (Yes this is right before I had to be at work) No one let us know they’d be closed, just closed. TWO the director is TERRIBLE at communication, and just being there in general! She puts her job off on the assistant director real bad,& here’s an example. The PreK graduation was scheduled for a day. The day come, the assistant director couldn’t make it, so guess what the director did? ‘POSTPONED’ the graduation. & my THIRD & FINAL point is they like to get over! I’m a single mom with CCDF but every month I find myself having to pay 100s of dollars out of pocket for a ‘missed swipe’ or ‘not enough hours’ when my kid is there 7:20a-5-20p M-F. Am I crazy or is that the 25hr I agreed to? Over all 1/10 wouldn’t recommend them at all!
