- KNKylah Newman3 days ago1.0Im so dissapointed in ms tina . Ive been going to her hair school since i was 8 years old. I went today to get a regular wash, blow dry & flat iron. The hispanic girl she assigned to do my hair did not know how to do my type of hair. I asked her once i sat down before anything was she able to handle my hair. She responded "yes ive done a blow dry and flat iron before" . I said okay and let her proceed. Mind you i arrived around 12:15ish pm right.....the girl took a hour to wash my hair and then took almost 2 hours blow drying it. 2 different times did ms tina have to come over and ask what she had going on and how to properly blow dry my hair. She was combing my hair with a small comb and she was combing it from the roots. Ms roberts academy teaches the students to comb from the ends to the roots. So once i got fed up i asked ms tina could someone else finish my hair. She then says "i know you not in a rush with all that hair" i said its not about me rushing shes just dont know how to properly do my hair and i cant let her continue to play in my head" then ms tina says "shes not doing anything wrong" . Like huhhh you and 2 other people had come over to ask her what she was doing and to show her how to properly do it. I was so disgusted to the point i walked out because she wouldnt allow someone else to finish my hair or give me a refund. I will never go back and hipe no one else experience is like mines. Sincerely a client that has been going to ms robert beauty academy for 25 years.

The care Ms Tina and her instructors provided for me is priceless.
