The school is beautiful and super clean, but more importantly, it has this really warm, welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The teachers are amazing; they always seem genuinely happy to be there, which says a lot about the leadership. Communication has also been great; they keep us updated on what’s happening using an app.

The owner is kind, approachable, and knowledgeable. It's obvious she and the staff care about the children and the quality of care they receive. I'm confident the children are in capable, caring hands. Highly recommend!

From the administration to all the teachers they are all so loving and caring! My son loves it here and LOVES his teachers to the point where on the weekend he will ask for Ms Jackie and Ms Manisha! This was his first time attending daycare and Hayley has made it the best experience yet. I would recommend this place to everyone. I can’t thank you enough for everything you all have done ♥️

We toured several but essentially went with Primrose of East Aurora. From day 1, our kids were welcomed and loved. There was no transition period, they just fit right in. My kids have cried when I pick them up because they want to stay longer. Some weekends, they have asked if they can go to school. They love it there because the teachers feel like an extension of family. The administrators are wonderful, friendly, and down to earth. Hayley does amazing things for the teachers and families. We love it here and so do our boys!
