  I can say with absolute confidence that Primrose is head and shoulders above the rest. My son absolutely thrives here. We had him in a different daycare, he didn’t like it, he would cry every day and hated it and you could just see the care and quality wasn’t there. When we switched to Primrose it was like night and day. His mood improved drastically, he was learning so much more, and most days we didn’t even have tears dropping him off. It was obvious from the way that the teachers interacted with the kids that they cared and I felt completely comfortable having him there. We had to pull him out for about a year for financial reasons, and he was at an in home daycare. He was struggling behaviorally and emotionally, and we were able to enroll him at Primrose again about a month ago. In that short time the difference in him has been massive. He is calmer, more communicative, better at handling hard emotions, and just happier. As a result, our home life is much improved. He looks forward to going to preschool and even asks if we can go as I’m tucking him into bed some nights. I cannot recommend Primrose enough.

  We have seen such incredible growth in our daughter since she started at Primrose. The curriculum is engaging, and she’s constantly coming home with new skills and stories about what she learned. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff is professional and dedicated. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a high-quality learning environment.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love Primrose School of Urbandale! From the moment we enrolled, we’ve been consistently impressed with the care, professionalism, and genuine warmth of the entire team. Every staff member we interact with is welcoming, attentive, and truly invested in creating a positive learning environment. The teachers and caregivers go above and beyond to support each child’s growth, curiosity, and confidence. Their communication is fantastic, and I always feel informed about what’s happening in the classroom. The curriculum is engaging, and the balance of fun and learning is perfect. Five stars all around—Primrose School of Urbandale has exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality early education experience!

  They offer so many fun extras outside of the regular day, like Soccer Shots, an additional music program, and lots of family events that make it easy to meet other parents. We’ve truly loved our experience here—everyone knows our child by name, which means so much to us. From the leadership and owners to the chef, they are always greeted with a smile and a little daily small talk. It feels so good to find a place where you can 100% trust that your child is loved, cared for, and truly known.
