- DDDeeJun 1, 20181.0Communication is key and severely lacking at this institute. I was part of its first years graduating class and the education was amazing but now I'm trying to receive my transcripts and a diploma copy for college and work and I can't even talk to a real person. It's like no one is ever there! Ever! I've been calling for a month. Two calls back and the office is content to play phone tag like I don't work or have kids.

My teacher called and started yelling at my mother and I about how my moms "not doing her job and teaching me" (that makes sense, right.) my mom stands by my side every day and makes sure I do everything right. It is not good for teachers to make assumptions about what students do in their own home.
