For over 40 years Primrose preschools has been a trusted household name and a nationally recognized daycare provider committed to forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children.
Primrose School of Providence Pavilion has been such a blessing for my son and our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, supported, and truly seen. The staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly patient, and they go above and beyond to ensure the children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.
My son has grown so much academically, socially, and emotionally since starting here. Each day he comes home talking about what he learned, the friends he played with, and the teachers who make him feel special. I appreciate how consistent they are with communication and how intentional they are with every activity, lesson, and milestone.
We are especially grateful for Ms. Darby, Ms. Freeman, Ms. Moore, Ms. Ricks, Ms. Courtney and Ms. Cindy. Each of them has played a meaningful role in my son’s development. Their patience, kindness, and genuine care shine through every single day. They pour into these children with love, structure, and encouragement, and it truly makes a difference.
The classrooms are clean, structured, and engaging, and the curriculum is both fun and developmentally appropriate. I’ve watched my son become more confident, independent, and curious because of the environment they create.
If you're looking for a daycare and early learning center where your child will be nurtured, challenged, and genuinely cared for, Primrose School of Providence Pavilion is the place. We are deeply grateful for the entire team and highly recommend them to any family.

We have had a fantastic experience at Primrose! Our older son transferred to Primrose early during his pre-K year after a dismal experience at another area school. Ms. Sarah and Ms. Azalia were absolutely wonderful with him! They recognized his individual abilities and gave him challenging work to meet his needs. Additionally, they have always been exceptionally kind and caring. We love them so much that when we pick up our youngest, my oldest son asks to go see them each day!
As for our baby, he started Primrose in September when he was only 13 months old. We have LOVED his time with Ms. Hawkins and Ms Ari!! They are both so sweet and were very patient with us as we were all transitioning. It truly feels like we are taking our son to be with family instead of new teachers and he LOVES going to school! We feel so lucky to have our children cared for by the staff at Primrose and wish we discovered them at the beginning of our school journey.
From the front desk to the individual classrooms, we could not be more delighted with the care and family environment of Primrose at Providence Pavilion. We have and will continue to recommend them without reservation to anyone!

Our son has been at Primrose School of Providence Pavilion since he was just four months old, and now—almost four years later—he’s thriving in their Pre-K class. Watching him grow through Infant 1 all the way to Pre-K has given us a true appreciation for the consistency, care, and commitment this school puts into its students.
The teachers and staff have been warm, patient, and genuinely invested in his development at every stage. We’ve always felt confident dropping him off each day knowing he’s safe, supported, and learning in an environment that truly nurtures him. He comes home excited about what he learned, proud of his work, and full of stories about his classmates and teachers.
We’re grateful for the positive experience we’ve had here and highly recommend Primrose of Providence Pavilion to any family looking for a caring, structured, and engaging place for their child to grow.

We have been with this Primrose location since moving to Georgia about three years ago, and we now have two sons enrolled (ages 5 and 2). We feel so grateful for the genuine love and care shown to both of our boys. My older son even slips up and calls me Ms. Giselle (his Kindergarten teacher) because she has made such a meaningful impact on him. When I drop him off with her and the other teachers/staff, I feel at ease knowing he will be well cared for.
Our younger son recently started at Primrose and already loves going to school. When I ask about his day, he always tells me about playing and reading with Ms. Angie, Ms. Alexa, and Ms. Amelia (Ms Mela :).
I will share that we have experienced some frustration with class size/classroom mangement in the past. However, over the last year, the class sizes seem much more manageable for teachers, and overall it feels like a calmer environment—especially for children like our eldest, who thrives in smaller more predictable environments.

We have been with Primrose for over 5 years and have been extremely grateful for the care they have provided to our children. Throughout our time with this school, we have felt welcomed, supported and at ease that our children are safe and cared for.
A few years ago, we signed my son up to be transported by Primrose from his day school to their aftercare program. A few months into the school year, there was a change in the amount of kids who were being transported. This change left my son as the only child left to be transported from his school to their aftercare program. They could've stopped bus transportation since it was only one child to transport, but instead they continued to pick my son up from school each day UNTIL the end of the school year! We were so grateful to them for keeping their commitment to us! We thank you Primrose at Providence Pavilion for being such an important part of our lives and such a positive environment for our children!
