My son went primrose for about two years and it was a great milestone for his early childhood development. The teachers here were great but especially Ms.Darby. It’s rare to find someone who invests so much into all the children, not just the ones assigned to them. The compassion she shows has meant the world to us, and I am beyond grateful for the positive impact she’s had on our son’s daycare experience.

We absolutely love Primrose School of Providence Pavilion. Our daughter attended, and now our 2-year-old son has been there since he was an infant, and the experience has been consistently wonderful.
The teachers are truly incredible. They care deeply, communicate clearly, and create such a warm and nurturing environment. A special shout-out to Miss Iris and Miss Angie, who are phenomenal with our son. Their patience, creativity, and genuine love for the kids mean the world to us.
The facility is always clean, organized, and safe, and the communication from the staff is excellent. We always know what’s happening in his day, what he’s learning, and how he’s developing.
We also appreciate that meals and snacks are provided, it’s helpful and one less thing to worry about during busy mornings. And our kiddo always comes home with the cutest crafts, which shows how much effort the teachers put into daily activities.
The front office team deserves recognition as well, Miss Moore, Miss Ricks and Miss Courtney are outstanding. They are friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we need.
We could not be happier with Primrose. It’s rare to find a place that feels this safe, this loving, and this dedicated to early childhood education. We are so grateful for the entire team!

My nephew is in Preschool 1 with Ms. Freeman and Ms. Darby, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about their classroom. They are warm, welcoming, and always greet him with a smile. Both teachers communicate effectively whether through the app or in person and it truly shows in how comfortable and excited he is to go to school.
He talks about his teachers and classmates all the time, and he loves showing off his artwork. I’ve noticed such a positive difference in him, especially with how much he enjoys tracing and practicing early writing skills. I’m grateful for the nurturing environment they provide!

My son has been in the PS1 class since August 2025 and I could not be happier with the decision we made to move him to Primrose. Ms. Darby and Ms. Freeman has been excellent with my son. There was a clear difference after just the first day of attending. The activities and learning exercising have proven to be impactful for his learning and I must attribute that to his teachers creating a healthy environment for him to learn and play.
Another note -- a close friend of mine and I have children the same age and one day he had to find emergency child care for their daughter since their particular daycare was closed for the day. They happened to located this Primrose location and his daughter and my son ended up in the same class for the day, unexpectedly. My friend even raved about how amazing the PS1 class is and how much his daughter enjoyed being there.
Highly recommend!

Primrose is an amazing school! I honestly wish my kids had come here when they were younger. My children are now seven and eight, and they’re in the after-school program with ms Kimberly and Miss Giselle’s kindergarten class. they both are incredible teachers who truly show love, patience, and genuine care for every single child.
We’ve had such a positive experience, and I’m grateful for the environment and kindness the staff provides. Highly recommend Primrose!
