Preface: My wife & I toured 8 different daycares for our 3-month old starting full-time (5 days a week) in January 2026. We ranked this place #1 and we will be attending this starting in the new year! We are excited to join their family. We are only giving 4 stars & not 5 because he has not started yet. We hope to be able to change this to 5 in the future! Facts: Price: $335/w + $150 yearly registration fee Ratio: 1 teacher per 4 infants, max of 11 infants Hours: 6:30 - 6:30. $5 late pickup fee +$1 every minute after 6:30 pm Infants share items (crib, bottles, wipes, etc.)? No Communication: ProCare app Door secured? Yes - teaches sign language - air purifier in each room & hallways - thermometer used to check each kid in the morning as they enter - no camera access for parents (there are cameras present and you can ask for footage should a situation arises) - diverse employee & children population - Facebook page to showcase what they do Opinion: - Miss Brown was amazing! She was very detailed and thorough during the tour and showed us the whole building (some daycares only showed us the infant classroom). - We appreciate that the kids of the employees also attend - Convenient location

I enrolled my child at 2 months, and from the moment I toured the facility, I knew it was the perfect place for my daughter. The staff is not only professional and experienced but also warm and nurturing, creating a fantastic and loving environment. They communicate well via their app with message updates and photos throughout the day, which is reassuring. My daughter has only gotten sick twice since being enrolled and this says a lot about the cleanliness of this location. My daughter has fun each day with activities centered around growth and development. I definitely recommend!

I switched my daughter Mia from the Goddard School, who seemed to only care about money. Primrose has been promptvto address any concerns, Mia has improved on speech and shows so much excitement in the mornings when asked if she’s ready to go to school! She loves walking in, and I as her mother love the fact any of the employees stop to welcome Mia and I, and Mia strikes a pose for them! It’s a comfortable environment for both my child, my husband, and I... where we are greeted like a person... not just a tuition!

My daughter had been to 3 day cares prior to attending primrose before even reaching the age of two. It was getting discouraging and frustrating trying to find a school that would provide my daughter with the level of care and safety i know she (and ALL other children) deserve. Fast foward to today, my daughter has been at Primrose for roughly six months and i could not be happier! She comes home each and every day with a giant smile on her face, not to mention the amount she is learning has exponentially increased! I can FINALLY trust the care my child is under when I have to work during the day.
