  I highly recommend Edison Prep. My kids have taken their ACT prep classes, ACT tutoring, and AP History bootcamps. Their ACT scores increased by 6–10 points, and they passed their AP exams. Just as important, what they learned extends beyond the tests and has improved their reading and math abilities.

  We had a great experience with Edison Prep. Emma was our point of contact, and she was professional, thorough, and very supportive throughout the process. We attended the course leading up to the December test. My daughter struggles with test anxiety, but the Edison Prep team truly helped her gain confidence and improve her scores—an overall increase, including 9 points in Reading and 4 points in English. We’re still working toward math, but we’re encouraged by the progress so far. The materials are there, the techniques are there, the staff is there, and the practice tests are there. Even as a parent, I learned some new test-taking tricks. Student involvement is the key—when the student shows up and puts in the effort, success really is a given. Highly recommend Edison Prep.

  We had such a great experience with this Edison Prep. Our older son took their classes two years ago. The class times were convenient, and since we live two hours away, the ability to join through Zoom made all the difference. Even though they were group classes, they kept his attention and he stayed engaged throughout the sessions. We were so pleased with his progress that we are now signing our younger son (a junior) up for classes this winter. Emma has been incredibly helpful—she gives clear guidance on whether your child is better suited for the ACT or SAT and walks you through every class option in a way that’s easy to understand. The whole team is very accommodating and truly wants to see students succeed

  We have been so impressed with the communication, teaching, and care that the tutors and owners of Edison Prep have demonstrated for our son. He has done AP test prep classes, ACT classes, and ACT private tutoring and all have been wonderful and incredibly helpful! We are very happy with our son's scores and credit Edison Prep for helping him reach his goals! They are also very community minded and are deeply about their families. I HIGHTLY recommend them!

  I am a student at East Forsyth HS, and I began Edison Prep tutoring (doing the online course) about two months out from the ACT. I had taken the test twice before this but could not achieve my goal score of a 31 with self-studying. With Edison Prep, they prepared me in every way possible. From class every week to downloading calculator programs, every detail in Edison Prep's tutoring was to contribute to my success. If I needed something, I could reach out to the tutor (Brian for me), and he would respond very quickly. They also provided plenty of practice tests and a large review guide for homework and lots of practice. With how much material and review they provided, it was really up to me on how badly I wanted that 31. Edison Prep really does give you everything needed to help improve your score by however much you desire. After the October ACT, my super score is now a 31, which was a 3-point boost to my original super score: a 28. I am very happy and pleased with Edison Prep's tutoring and services, and I do HIGHLY recommend them for anyone in high school needing an ACT tutor.
