The only place I would ever send my daughters! Phenomenal infant-explorers age care, I can’t recommend Primrose at Bentwater enough. We love every single staff member, our girls are thriving, communication is phenomenal and they offer parents night out for date nights.. couldn’t ask for more! 11/10 every time!

I was very nervous about my first child going into daycare… Especially with all the horror stories you see on social media. I recommend this daycare 100%! Not only is it clean, organized, and provides you with updates every hour, but the staff happens to be a wonderful bunch of individuals. My baby girl Zuzu is well taken care of Ms. C, Kim, Marcie, Kelly, and all of the infant one helpers are very kind hearted, loving, helpful, and put my first time mommy of a daycare infant worries to rest! The front desk staff, director, and Dean are all loving warm faces that don’t mind rolling up their sleeves and hopping in a classroom and I love that! Thank you all Bentwater family!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Primrose at Bentwater! From day one, the entire staff has been incredibly welcoming. Ms. Jenn, Ms. Tonya, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Jazie are always up front greeting us with a smile. By the end of the first week, everyone already knew our kiddo’s name, which was so nice!
She’s genuinely excited to go to school every day, reaching out for Ms. Kelly at drop-off and just as happy at pick-up. She wasn’t the most social before enrolling, so seeing her become so comfortable with her teacher and the staff is very sweet. The school is clean, organized, and full of activity, and no matter what time I arrive the kids are always busy and engaged in their classrooms. They're super consistent with meal/snack times, diaper changes, etc. Their communication is top tier, with LOTS of photos and updates every day - we don't feel like we ever missed anything. Since starting, we’ve noticed so much growth (better sleep and eating habits at home, more curiosity, independent play, and quicker overall development).
We’re so grateful to the entire staff for creating such a positive, nurturing environment. This is our first school and we feel like we hit the jackpot :)

Don’t send your children here, the owners only view them as a tuition payment and nothing more. They don’t take parent complaints against teachers seriously, probably because of high turnover rates. They side with the teacher and ignore parents’ concerns because they know there is another family on the waitlist to fill your spot when you decide to pull your child out. And they can’t afford to lose teachers, regardless of the situation. Such a shame. Don’t trust your kids to go here. The caliber of teacher they will get is a toss up, there are only a few really great ones here…
