As parents, it gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s happy, safe, and cared for. I honestly don’t know what we would do without Primrose. The staff truly goes above and beyond.

We never had any issues when we was little. Then we hit the twos! We noticed some behavior issues and simply him just being “a boy.” But it worried us as parents, that he was the “problem child.” He is sweet, he is loving, and he is so smart. But he has a wild side. Bentwater never once made us feel like he was a problem. When we expressed our concerns, they listened. They moved him to a different classroom where he has thrived. They created a “hype schedule” to hype him up every time he does something good. And they have created an environment where he can still “be a boy” and it be okay. All this to say, they have given my child the comfort of a home away from home and that’s all any parent can ask for.

Our son and daughter are 2 years apart but have consistently had the same teachers which is very reassuring and speaks to the culture. The entire staff is incredibly warm, respectful, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they put a lot of thought and care into how they guide and interact with the kids. The school itself is always so inviting—the hallways are always decorated with monthly themes and holiday décor, which makes it feel fun and engaging for the children. Our kids especially look forward to the little traditions like Sticker Wednesday and Cookie Friday every week! Communication with families is also excellent. We receive regular updates and pictures through the Procare app, which helps us stay connected to their day and see all the fun activities they’re involved in. Most importantly, our kids are always happy and excited to go to school each day. As parents, that says everything. We truly can’t imagine a better environment for our kids!
