This school may be good at schooling kids but it definitely isn't good at doing summer camp. I went here for one summer in K-1st grade and even then I was appalled. The teachers were rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Treating a special needs 6 year old like the way these people did is abhorrent. Probably a wonderful school but I'm talking about my experience. God bless.

I have mixed feelings about this location. I love Primrose Schools in general (I’m a former teacher at one), so I came here excited to enroll my son for part-time VPK. I asked how soon he could start, and they said, “Tomorrow!” I suggested Monday instead so I could help prepare him mentally as it would be his first time in a school setting.
The staff were very sweet and even suggested a playdate before his first day, which I appreciated. On that visit, they said he had a hard time..he stayed in the corner, covering his eyes, and didn’t want to participate. They encouraged me to try again the next day.
When I dropped him off today, he cried a bit, but I was told he did “better” overall though he held a teacher’s hand for the entire three hours. When I picked him up, they told me they felt the school wasn’t a good fit for him and that they didn’t want his first school experience to feel traumatic. They suggested maybe a smaller setting, like a church preschool, or even therapy.
I’m torn, I can’t tell if this was said out of care or simply as an “easy way out.” I know many kids (including myself as a child) cry at first and then adjust. I had hoped they would work with him and help him succeed here.
That said, the school itself is clean, well-kept, and the VPK teachers seemed very kind. I just wish they had been more willing to help him through the transition instead of deciding so quickly that it wasn’t the right fit.

Everything from the student environment, consistent staff, quality meals. My daughter's education is consistently making strides. As she's moved up to the preschool class, she's excited to go to school everyday. The different curriculum and environment keeps her stimulated, and excited to learn.

Five years ago we brought our daughter to Primrose Winter Springs at 3 months of age for childcare. Since then we have experienced nothing but amazing teachers. As a mom, I was at times jealous of Ms. Timpko in the baby room, who had such a strong bond with my baby girl. At the same time, I knew she was loved and that comforted me. The pictures and updates they send throughout the day brighten and often are the highlight of my days. She then went to Ms. Norman, Ms. Cole and Ms. Maldonado. They helped her navigate the COVID world of masks and when the masks came off. Ms. Drew & Ms. Keenan are AMAZING with potty training. We learned everything from them! This year our daughter was in VPK with Ms. Brown & Ms. Logan. Wonderful projects, like watching caterpillars become butterflies, growing plants, learning basketball, having field days, and teaching her so much in science and math that I often googled things she was learning myself just to be able to talk to her about them (e.g. nocturnal vs. diurnal). And of course I would be remiss not to mention the front office staff that make Primrose WS a place that attracts and retains all of these amazing educators: Ms. Perez, Ms. Monette, Ms. Key, Ms. Stanley (School Director), Ms. Palen (Owners). At VPK graduation, in order to avoid getting emotional, I had to remind myself that our son is still with these amazing people, so it was not time for goodbye just yet.
