  Five stars is not enough for Primrose School of Horizon West. I will be honest that this was not my first choice initially. We were waitlisted at another school we had been considering, but even when a space becomes available there, I will not be moving my daughter. Primrose has been absolutely amazing. As a realtor, I am very aware of how big transitions and major life moments feel to clients, even when those moments are part of my everyday work. In my experience, most places do not always take that perspective into account because it is their daily norm. Primrose truly does. I was extremely nervous sending my at the time five month old daughter to school. She is my first baby and was still so young. We did not know exactly what to expect, but we needed the help. From day one, the entire office staff was there to welcome her. Every single person knows her by name, and the owner was there personally to talk with us and welcome our family. It was immediately clear that this school leads with warmth, community, and genuine care for the children they serve. What stood out just as much was how much they cared about me as a mom during that transition. They checked in on how I was doing that first day and throughout the first week, and it was obvious they truly understand how emotional and difficult that step can be. When my daughter later experienced a medical event outside of school and returned, the team called me twice during the day just to give updates on how she was doing and to reassure me that she was having a great day. That level of care goes far beyond what is expected. They also do an incredible job with daily communication. I receive updates on diapers, feedings, naps, and photos throughout the day, which gives so much peace of mind. One of my most treasured possessions is a little footprint craft they made with the babies at Christmas. It is clear the babies are very well attended to and thoughtfully engaged with fun, age appropriate activities. What makes this even more special is that it is very obvious this level of care is not unique to our family. You can see that every child and every parent receives this same attention and consideration. That speaks both to strong systems in place and to the values of the people who work here. We have been completely over the moon with our experience, and I am so grateful the stars aligned for our daughter to be enrolled at Primrose School of Horizon West. We will not be changing a thing, and I am genuinely excited to watch her grow with the school through the Primrose program.

  The teachers are all so caring and take wonderful care of our toddler. All of the staff seem very happy working here and are always friendly. The updates through the app during the day give me peace of mind as well. The campus is also so new and very clean!

  I really appreciate the seriousness with which every staff member treats my daughter and our family. From the moment we walk in the door, we are welcomed with a smile, and the entire program seems wonderful to us. Highly recommend!

  They provide exceptional care and top notch education to our daughter. They also love and care for her as she was their own and it shows on how much she enjoys and loves going to school everyday. The teachers are so loving, nurturing and caring and they truly want the best for your child. We love how the education she’s receiving at Primrose complements so seamlessly with the education and care we provide at home. They are truly parents partners in education.
