  Public Beware: **Google Review for Alpha School of Massage** ⭐☆☆☆☆ Of course the school will deny these allegations however their instructor Dean Hall is currently under investigation by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy or will soon be for violation of several public health related laws, rules and regulations governing Florida public health and the profession of Massage Therapy. My experience at Alpha School of Massage has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about the toxic environment and unprofessional conduct at this institution. - **Hostile Environment**: I was verbally attacked by a classmate who insulted me in front of others. This incident was not isolated; the lack of intervention from faculty shows a disturbing disregard for student well-being. - **Negligent Administration**: The instructor was aware of a classmate's illegal activities from day one and did nothing. This inaction regarding serious issues raises questions about the school's commitment to ethical standards. - **Unprofessional Conduct**: The instructor introduced questionable equipment into the classroom that was not part of the curriculum. This included bamboo sticks and cupping devices, which have left unsightly marks on my back. The manner in which these techniques were demonstrated felt inappropriate and unprofessional. - **Disruptive Learning Conditions**: Classes were frequently interrupted by construction noise, and the relocation to a cramped therapy room only added to the chaos. When I communicated my distress to the administration, I was met with indifference. - **Retaliation for Complaints**: After raising concerns about the hostile environment, I received a notice of dismissal, which I believe was a direct retaliation for voicing my grievances. This blatant disregard for student rights is alarming. I refuse to accept such unfair treatment. If you're considering this school, I urge you to think twice. The lack of professionalism and respect for students is staggering. Save your time and money—look elsewhere.

  If I could give ten stars, I would! Neyrelis was amazing — she’s incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job targeting areas of extra tension and working out the knots. I really appreciated that she incorporated stretching as well. I’ve never had a massage I didn’t like, but this is the first time I’ve wanted to make sure I specifically request someone for my next appointment. Highly recommend!

  I worked closely with Chris to organize a corporate event, which was unfortunately cancelled just two days before it was scheduled—after all of our employees had already registered and we had agreed on terms. I am extremely disappointed in the school’s professionalism, particularly given the amount of personal support and patronage I’ve provided over time. I would encourage you to consider bringing your support to another massage school; Cortiva and Summit are both excellent options that demonstrate strong organization and reliability.

  Dominic Smith was truly AMAZING!!! He had nice firm pressure, was gentle and very thorough. I would rate him higher than 5 stars if I could!
