  BE AWARE! Disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and dishonest director - Monica Rivas. We scheduled a tour, and beforehand, on the phone, I was promised a spot for my kid. When we arrived, the director didn’t even greet us; instead, she immediately asked for a VPK certificate, then came back and said she had to call someone to confirm that my kid qualified for VPK, even though we had an official document in our hands. She was rude, raised her voice, and refused to give us a tour, instead insisting we wait while she made her call. It was rude and highly unprofessional. I can only imagine the communication issues the parents might have with her. After that, I never even planned to return. Later, I received an email from her stating she had confirmed my child’s eligibility for VPK but that, unfortunately, there were no spots left, even though the day before, there were plenty. What a joke! Avoid this place and save yourself and your child from unnecessary headaches. I did!

  I am delighted to share my review of Primrose Preschool, where my child has had the pleasure of attending for so many years. This is a truly wonderful school with amazing teachers, including Ms. Free, Mr. Ramsey, and Ms. Foshee. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere every week. The front staff at Primrose Preschool go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment for the children in their care. Along with giving us parents all the support that we need. The teachers are incredibly attentive, ensuring that each child's needs are met and that they feel comfortable and supported throughout the day. Ms. Free, Mr. Ramsey, and Ms. Foshee are exceptional teachers who truly care about the well-being of each child in their class. They are always patient, kind, and understanding, and it's clear that they love what they do. My child has flourished under their care, and I'm so grateful for their guidance and support. The curriculum at Primrose Preschool is well-rounded, and my child has learned so much during their time here. He has developed a love of learning and a curiosity about the world around him, thanks to the engaging and interactive lessons and activities provided by the teachers. Overall, I cannot recommend Primrose Preschool highly enough. It's a wonderful school with amazing teachers who are caring and sweet. If you're looking for a nurturing environment for your child to learn and grow, this is the place to be.
