This school is great! My kids were always happy to be dropped off at Primrose! The education was great too! We’d still be there if we didn’t move. Highly recommend.

Sending a BIG thank you and 5 STARS to director Crystal Herring, AD Candace Matousek, Brittney, Heather and Bri. Our Summer Acting Workshop at Primrose School of Bear Creek went swimmingly. Teachers and students participated with 100% positive energy. The classrooms are clean, the students are filled with joy and teachers equally had fun with our Play-Ground Theatre program. Recommend this school to parents.

I absolutely love this daycare and highly recommend!!! I have 3 kids that have all had the most positive experiences with Primrose school of Bear Creek. The staff is always so warm and attentive with all of my children and their different needs. It's great to see the owner, Heather on site and always friendly. This place by far is the best child care experience we have had.

The staff and teachers offer meager solutions and don’t follow through on their side of a problem with a child. For an organization run by several Ph.Ds they are unable to de-escalate a situation. These teachers give up and let a problem arise and then let the child take the heat.
There is a large lack of accountability from the teachers and all 4 office staff. Primrose fails their staff in professional development and just hopes kids don’t need a little extra help. Easier to say that the kid is the problem than assess the situation in the classroom or analyze the actual effectiveness and empathy of teachers.
They will leave your child behind and wash their hands of responsibility. Teachers can raise their voices at your child and the office staff does nothing about it. When the child reacts to an ineffective teacher, it’ll always be the child’s fault.
