Even though we moved away nearly two years ago, the love and care our son received from Infants to Toddlers was truly extraordinary. When we began looking for new childcare in the area, it quickly became clear just how high Primrose DTC had set the bar. What meant the most is that even after we left, the teachers (Ms. Karen, Ms. Luz, and Ms. Leidy) continued to check in on our family. That kind of genuine connection is rare, and it speaks volumes about the incredible community Rick and Ashley have built. We’ll always be grateful for the lasting impact Primrose has had on our son and our family.

Enrolling at Primrose at DTC is the exception, and choosing them for our children's care and education was a "yes" I'll never regret. From our first tour, they blew me away with the nurturing environment, organization and reliability, as well as the educational approach and content they provide. I have been continuously impressed by Rick (owner) and Ashley (director) as well as every teacher that my children have had at Primrose DTC. Rick and Ashley know every child and parent by name, they have so many fun and creative ways to engage the children with social events and special themed days. The menu is thoughtful, nutritious and provides exposure to a wide variety of foods. The whole school is always pristine, with interactive and frequently updated boards creating a vibrant feel to the hallways and shared areas. We have experienced the infant, pathways and preschool classes with our now 1yr and ~4yr old and I've never felt more comfortable leaving my children in the care of others. I always received ample and interesting notifications, pictures and videos throughout the day via ProCare app. The school is secure and we receive notifications about illnesses going around either child's class. Though illness is not frequent, it is reassuring to know that health-related communication is prompt and transparent, and it was exceptional through the various waves and strains of COVID in 2021 onwards. Two weeks ago we sadly had to leave Primrose DTC as we relocated to the East Coast and I enrolled both children at a Primrose school in our new area, sight unseen, with such confidence because of the experience at Primrose DTC. Our children have made the transition seamlessly and I give full credit for that to the experience and stability that was created at Primrose DTC. We feel very lucky to have had the chance for our children to attend Primrose DTC and I would recommend it to anyone seeking the best for their child.

It always felt like a small family, everyone knows the kids names and knows your family, from the person at the front desk to the teachers, admin, special classes and lunch staff, and all the way to the owner who is incredibly involved. The facilities are new and always clean and organized. The teachers always have fun activities to stimulate the children and are very good at adapting to the kids needs. Our kids truly flourished in this wonderful place. We had difficult drop offs for many months with one of our kids and the staff was patient, worked with our kid and was very helpful and gentle. I highly recommend this school!
