We feel so grateful to be part of this wonderful school community. From the moment we joined, the teachers and staff have made our family feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Our child is not only learning and growing every day, but also truly happy to come to school. The love, patience, and dedication of the teachers shine through in everything they do, and we couldn’t ask for a better place for our child’s early years. Thank you for being such a special part of our family’s journey.

I toured this daycare last month but just got a chance to write what I saw. It was very disturbing. One teacher in preschool room roughly pushed a child away who was hugging her leg, almost like kicking him aside, twice. I didn't believe my eyes, so I stood outside the classroom for a bit longer for further observation. Shortly, my concern was validated, the same teacher shoved another little girl out of the way in a very rude manner as the little girl might have blocked the view when the other teacher was trying to take a photo for a bunch of other kids. This didn’t feel like an isolated incident— what are the chances it was her 1st time being rude to the kids while I was there on the spot to be so "lucky" to witness??
The daycare emphasizes sending parents many photos each day, but what I saw during the tour made me question their authenticity. For example, I watched a teacher pick food up off the floor (which was spilled by the child earlier), put it back on a plate, and then snap a photo to make it look like the kids were happily enjoying a clean meal. The pictures feel staged more for show than for real care.
After seeing these actions, I cannot trust this daycare with children’s well-being. Parents should be aware before considering enrollment. If your kids are currently enrolled in the preschool classrooms, I'd suggest you check with them on how they feel about their teachers, and if the teachers ever treated them poorly. No kids should be treated this way, and think it is a norm to be kicked / pushed by adults.
The facility was otherwise clean, spacious, and many other teachers seem happy and wave at us during the tour. But what I saw was a red flag. I'm having a hard time to believe the unanimous 5 star rating from all other reviews - it's just too good to be true.
I truly hope it was only that teacher with this disturbing incident and I'm considering reporting what I see to CCLD (California community care licensing division).
