My son has been attending this school since last May, when he was 16 months and we’ve had a very positive experience. It took him about a week to adjust to the routine, especially nap time, as he was used to having me by his side. The teachers were patient, caring, and very supportive during this transition. Now he truly enjoys going to school. He loves the art and crafts, singing, and physical activities. I’ve also seen great social growth. Although children at this age mostly play independently, he has started saying hello and goodbye to his friends, which he wouldn’t do before. He also uses sign language often and asks for things politely. I especially love that lunch and snacks are provided at school and are well balanced. He even eats vegetables there that he refuses to eat at home, which says a lot! Most importantly, I can tell he is very well cared for. The teachers are friendly, devoted, and attentive, and the communication with parents is open and transparent, giving us great peace of mind.

My son started at Primrose when he turned one, and he's almost two now. It has been a wonderful experience! The teachers are incredibly kind and caring, and I really appreciate that the school provides healthy snacks and lunches. The daily updates and photos make it easy to see how his day went and give such peace of mind. It's truly a joy to see him so happy at Primrose. Highly recommend!

Before our son was born, we scheduled a tour and got a inside look at what the facilities were like. After touring one other daycare, Primrose was both our family's automatic choice where we wanted our son to grow. He entered daycare at around 4.5 months and he's been loving it since. He is what we call a fear of missing out (FOMO) baby, so daycare has been great in allowing him to move around in a safe environment and also learn. He's currently at 10.5 months and has learned so many things such as asking for more, clapping his hands, crawling around, etc. Like many others who provided reviews, I also am in agreement that all the staff have been warm, attentive, and invested in each child's development. They also seem be on rotatation and recognize each child within the school. Our son has been blossoming in the infant class with his teachers Miss Sekyoung and Miss Jessica. And he'll be transitioning to the toddler class soon with Miss Angelica after he turns 1 this year. Reena and her administration are wonderful and communicative. If there are any questions you can call in or email. - Daycare is secure, passcode is required to enter the facility. - Hours of operations work for us in picking up or checking in. - Monthly Newsletters sent out providing respective month's food menu and an overview of upcoming events. There are occasional events that they extend the invite for parents to participate. - Procare app provides us with updates on how son is doing, through pictures and details. It's something I look forward to during the workday to see how he's doing. - After our son started doing solids, the included meals from school have been helpful. For anything you are trying to avoid, you would fill out a intake form to provide those updates. They have an on-site chef. If you do decide to go with Primrose, Reena and her wonderful administration will get you set up. There are a series of forms to fill out to have your little one all set up in the system. Photography is also on the forms where you give consent for how Primrose uses your child's photos. Vaccination schedules will also need to be provided after your child visits the doctor. We have been quite happy with how our son has been doing since deciding to go with Primrose. If more information is needed, general information is available via their website, where you can also see pictures of the staff. If you are curious if your future little one or already out and about little one would flourish, reach out to Primrose of 4S Ranch for a call to discuss and a tour. You won't know if you don't come in yourself to check it out.

We recently moved to the area, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose of 4S Ranch. From the very first day, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make my boys feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. Moving can be a big adjustment for kids, but the warmth and kindness of the staff made the transition so much smoother. The teachers and leadership team are truly amazing – attentive, nurturing, and always willing to go the extra mile. They’ve created such a positive environment where my boys are not only learning and growing, but also genuinely happy to be every day. It’s clear how much pride they take in their work and how much they care about each child. I’m so grateful to have found Primrose of 4S Ranch. Knowing that my boys are in such capable, loving hands gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend this school to any family looking for a safe, welcoming, and enriching place for their children.
