- SBStevie BrunolliMay 6, 20255.0I can't say enough good things about Discovery Isle in Penasquitos. Our little toddler started there last year in Room 4. Everyone that works there is so nice, and they all say "hi" to our toddler, by name, every time I bring her in, even the teachers in other classrooms. It's just so welcoming. Every month they have special little theme days that our little one really enjoys. Of course, children will grow and develop on their own, but I can confidently say that Discovery Isle has jumpstarted our child's development. She is not even two and she knows all her colors and how to count to five and beyond. To be clear, we were not initially teaching those things at home, and she just came home one day naming colors and counting things. Oh, and did I mention saying full and communicative sentences like "I don't like" and "I want more"? I cannot recommend Discovery Isle enough, and I am so pleased we found it when we did. 100% recommended for the staff alone.
