- RPRohan PhadnisJun 17, 20255.0YoungWonks was genuinely a life-changing experience for me. I took classes from 8th grade all the way to up 12th grade. It gave me a foundational knowledge of programming, enabling me to build apps, code websites, and even lead my high school's robotics team. I recently graduated from Georgia Tech. I can confidently say that I would not have been where I am, had it not been for the amazing curriculum at YoungWonks. It is super child-friendly and beginner-friendly. Kudos to Vishal and team - y'all have done a fantastic job with designing the course and exercises. I would also like to give a HUGE shoutout to my teacher at YoungWonks, Steven Chou. He is amazing at explaining even the most complex concepts in a very understandable way. He has guided me - both in Computer Science and in other aspects of life - and is a true inspiration. I have worked with other instructors at YoungWonks and I must say that they are all great educators and communicators. Overall, highly, highly recommended.

The owner/founder gave us a lovely "live" welcome/introduction before their first lessons, and I really enjoyed speaking with him. He clearly has a passion to share the "trade" of coding, which I think is so important. Accessible programs that empower young people - particularly those with ASD or other forms of neurodivergence, like my kids - to build confidence and learn a marketable skill for future employment, that they love?? I think it's something our society desperately needs! The instructors are excellent. Very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. My kids learn a lot and enjoy their lessons very much. They feel a great sense of achievement and they're on cloud nine when they sign off! The web app / tools / videoconferencing are extremely user-friendly and well-designed. I appreciate their services and have recommended them to friends....and now, fellow Googlers and Yelpers. :)
