I feel so lucky that we’ve found Primrose of Pleasanton! My daughter is thrilled to attend school every day. We’ve been a part of Primrose for over a year, and she’s been consistently treated with love, care, and respect. I never imagined I’d find peace of mind while I’m at work. We’re incredibly pleased with our decision to come here. From the wonderful directors and management to the fun school events that we get to experience as a family! We’re particularly delighted with her current class early preschool experience under the guidance of Ms. Jaydah and Ms. Tiana.

We have two kids attending Primrose. Our eldest is currently in Preschool and has been at the school since he was 16months and our younger one has attended since 6months. We absolutely love the fostering environment provided at the school. Our eldest is becoming a nurturing individual, who loves learning, he is able to read words and loves doing math, all because of the teachers at Primrose. I love talking to the teachers and getting personalized updates, along with the videos and pic updates on the app. I am also amazed at how the staff handles any feedback or concerns we may have. I wish I could be with my babies all day, but I know they are in such good care, which makes it easier for me. Thank you so much to our Primrose family!

I love Primrose of Pleasanton. My youngest son started going about a year and a half ago and choosing this school was the best decision I could have made for him. I have never put my child in daycare so this was really hard for me in the beginning but I loved how I could check and see what my son was doing and I always felt safe dropping him off daily. Everyone treats my son so well and he loves coming every day. My son was diagnosed with autism about a month after starting here and they have been so patient and helpful with his development. He has progressed so much and it truly warms my heart. My son went from being to himself and making no eye contact to naming things, playing with friends and giving everyone hugs daily. Thank you Primrose for all you do for my baby.

We have had an excellent experience at Primrose School of Pleasanton. From day one, it was clear that the teachers and staff truly care about the children and their development, not just academically, but emotionally and socially as well.
My child has grown so much during their time here—becoming more confident, curious, and engaged in learning. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, and the teachers do a wonderful job making learning both structured and fun. I really appreciate how they communicate with parents and take the time to understand each child’s individual needs.
One thing we value greatly is the school’s flexibility. They are very supportive, accommodating, and understanding, which makes a huge difference for working families. It gives us peace of mind knowing our child is in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment every day.
We are truly grateful for the care and education our child receives here and would highly recommend Primrose School of Pleasanton to any family looking for a high-quality early education experience.

Choosing a daycare we trusted for our baby was the hardest part of becoming a parent. After exploring more than 30 facilities in the Tri-Valley area, we chose Primrose of Pleasanton, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son.
He began in the infant room in 2023 and has since progressed through the older infant room, toddler classroom, and is now in his second early preschool classroom. In every stage, he has learned new skills and formed meaningful relationships with both teachers and classmates. It has always been clear that he feels safe, nurtured, and genuinely cared for, which gives our family tremendous peace of mind.
Starting daycare when he was just 9 months old was nerve-wracking, but the front desk leadership was incredibly supportive— always patient, reassuring, and happy to answer my calls or questions. While the ProCare app provided great daily updates, hearing directly from staff about his naps or how his day was going made all the difference, especially when his routine felt off through weekends or the night before drop off.
His first infant teachers, Ms. Rania and Ms. Mae, played a huge role in his early development and helped him reach important milestones like pulling himself up and walking before he was 12m old. He was then welcomed every morning with warm smiles from Ms. Chua and Ms. Iris, who created a patient and understanding environment during the 12–18 month stage.
His toddler classroom was truly amazing, thanks to Ms. Marline, Ms. Luna, Ms. Diana, and Ms. Romo. Their fun energy, great communication, and dedication to the children easily made this our son’s favorite classroom. They also helped guide him through the transition into early preschool, which can be a challenging stage at age two. We are incredibly grateful for his early preschool teachers—teacher Arman (whom we miss dearly), Ms. Jaidah, Ms. Jill, Ms. Natalie, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Monica, and Ms. Sangita—who have supported him during such a pivotal time in his development.
Because of the exceptional care here, we happily drive 30–40 minutes daily just to bring him to this school. He is so excited to start preschool this spring and is already looking forward to being in Ms. Coleman’s class!
Lastly, we want to recognize the school owners, Mr. Nick and Mrs. Samina, who consistently greet families with warmth and clearly care deeply about the children and staff. Their leadership and dedication are a huge reason this school runs so well, and we are truly thankful for everything they do.
We couldn’t recommend Primrose School of Pleasanton more highly!
