My 4 year old daughter recently started going to Primrose Livermore for pre-school about a month ago. We could not be happier with the decision we made! Ms. Ronna and Ms. Nandita are the best , nicest and caring teachers. We speak a different language at home and my daughter doesn’t speak English. But she is already speaking a few words at home and says she likes going to school and tells us about her friends. Classrooms are clean. Food looks healthy, hygienic and my daughter likes it. School has activities that focus on playing, learning maths, science, dancing, music and more. So, my daughter doesn’t get bored either. We are looking forward to seeing our daughter continue to learn and grow at Primrose Livermore.

Our son is in the preschool program and Primrose and we are so happy with the program and staff! He always has so much fun and we are comforted knowing he is safe, happy, and very well cared for! We have also had our oldest son attend a few years ago and have had children in the summer camp program. We have had nothing but positive experiences at Primrose Livermore.

When we relocated to the area, our family was in need of child care and we were immediately drawn to Primrose for their Balanced Learning approach, on-site kitchen (which smells heavenly at lunchtime!), clean facility, and glowing reviews. Primrose's program has suited both of our children at different stages of their development. As they've grown, we were pleased to see that Primrose has continued to provide a nurturing environment that caters to their unique needs and interests. We also love that there are are extra curricular activities such as weekly soccer and dance classes offered. With each passing day, we've witnessed our children's confidence, knowledge, and happiness grow. Cookies every Friday afternoon, also sweeten the deal :)

Unsafe and neglectful daycare. The staff member changing diapers had a skin disease, toys and floors were clearly not sanitized, and children were left outside in the summer heat until some were crying and sunburned. Teachers yelled instead of caring. On my daughter’s very first day, they did not change her diaper all day, which led to a serious infection that took over 2 months to heal. The next day they even claimed I hadn’t provided diapers — after charging such high fees, I expected basic care to be included. This place only cares about collecting money, not the children’s well-being. I’m grateful my daughter is now in a safe school, but I am writing this to inform other parents.

This school has made such a positive impact on my child. The prekindergarten classroom taught her how to read, write, do math, and truly enjoy learning and being curious. They have taught her how to be a kind and respectful person. The teachers in that classroom truly have made my child’s school experience so joyful that she looks forward to going to school everyday. They are amazing and so caring! The staff at primrose are all caring, professional, and make our family feel so supported.
