Our son attended the Primrose Livermore Preschool Pathway & Pre-K programs for two and a half years. While his first few days involved a brief period of adjustment, the experience became incredibly positive once he transitioned into Ms. Esperanza’s class. Ms. Esperanza was a wonderful support to our family! She served as our primary anchor during our son's early transition, providing the warmth, patience, and diligent ProCare updates that helped us feel at ease! Teachers of her caliber are a credit to the school’s environment, and her dedicated care was a significant factor in making our son's time at Primrose so memorable! We thank Ms. Sujeetha & Ms. Tatiana for their deep understanding of our son’s needs and their wonderful care! Our thanks also go out to Ms. Marisol, Ms. Nanditha, Ms. Suneetha, & Ms. Suzanna! Our thanks to Ms. Mini and her kitchen team and to Ms. Priyanka and the front desk staff for all their support! Furthermore, we want to appreciate the Management Team for their empathy in considering and accommodating a specific request we made in light of our family’s circumstances.

As a first-time mom, the thought of sending my son to daycare was honestly nerve-racking. My son had never been away from me before, so we decided to try Primrose Livermore’s Discovery Days—and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. On his first Discovery Day, my son cried almost the entire time because it was his first real separation from mom. But the teachers were incredibly patient, gentle, and loving. They held him, comforted him, and truly cared for him throughout the day. What meant the most to me was how often they updated me—sending pictures and notes through the ProCare app so I knew exactly how he was doing. Being able to see that he was safe and in caring hands helped ease my anxiety tremendously. Since he had such a tough first day, we decided to bring him back for a second Discovery Day to see if he was more ready. This time, everything changed. When my son saw Miss Anna and Miss Sandra, he recognized them and calmed down after few minutes and enjoyed his lunch and snacks. He looked so much more comfortable and ended up having an amazing time! I received tons of photos again, and I could tell from the updates that he was playing, smiling, and really enjoying himself. When I picked him up, he seemed genuinely happy—loving his teachers and even interacting with friends. I left feeling so relieved and confident that he might actually be ready for daycare. Before all this, I had spoken with Adrian, the Director, because I had a lot of questions and concerns as a new mom. She was incredibly understanding and patient, answering every single question with transparency and warmth. After meeting her and seeing how she ran the school, I felt reassured and gained a sense of trust that I didn’t have before. Overall, Primrose Livermore made what could’ve been an emotional and stressful transition into something positive and encouraging. The staff truly cares, the communication is excellent, and the environment just feels safe and nurturing. We’re now planning to send our son to Primrose San Ramon once it opens, since it’s closer to home—and I’m truly hoping it will be just as wonderful as the Livermore location. If it’s anything like our experience here, I know our son will be in great hands.

My 4 year old daughter recently started going to Primrose Livermore for pre-school about a month ago. We could not be happier with the decision we made! Ms. Ronna and Ms. Nandita are the best , nicest and caring teachers. We speak a different language at home and my daughter doesn’t speak English. But she is already speaking a few words at home and says she likes going to school and tells us about her friends. Classrooms are clean. Food looks healthy, hygienic and my daughter likes it. School has activities that focus on playing, learning maths, science, dancing, music and more. So, my daughter doesn’t get bored either. We are looking forward to seeing our daughter continue to learn and grow at Primrose Livermore.

Our son is in the preschool program and Primrose and we are so happy with the program and staff! He always has so much fun and we are comforted knowing he is safe, happy, and very well cared for! We have also had our oldest son attend a few years ago and have had children in the summer camp program. We have had nothing but positive experiences at Primrose Livermore.

When we relocated to the area, our family was in need of child care and we were immediately drawn to Primrose for their Balanced Learning approach, on-site kitchen (which smells heavenly at lunchtime!), clean facility, and glowing reviews. Primrose's program has suited both of our children at different stages of their development. As they've grown, we were pleased to see that Primrose has continued to provide a nurturing environment that caters to their unique needs and interests. We also love that there are are extra curricular activities such as weekly soccer and dance classes offered. With each passing day, we've witnessed our children's confidence, knowledge, and happiness grow. Cookies every Friday afternoon, also sweeten the deal :)
