Primrose School of Danville is an accredited daycare located in the Danville area that offers infant, toddler, preschool and pre-kindergarten programs. For over 40 years Primrose preschools has been a trusted household name and a nationally recognized daycare provider committed to forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children.
After checking out almost every daycare in the San Ramon and Danville area, we finally decided on Primrose School of Danville — and we’re so glad we did! The school is super clean, bright, and most importantly, the teachers truly care about the kids.
Our son cried for the first two weeks, but the teachers were so patient and loving. They hugged him, comforted him, and kept reassuring him that Mommy and Daddy would always come back to pick him up. Now, just a month later, he walks in happily every morning!
We were really impressed during the quarterly parent-teacher conference — it was amazing to see how much our son had learned and how confident he’s become. Talking directly with his teachers also helped us understand more about his daily activities at school.
Kids don’t fake happiness — seeing our son excited to go to school every day says it all. We couldn’t be happier and truly feel we made the right choice. Highly recommend Primrose School of Danville to any parents looking for a warm, high-quality daycare!

Primrose has created a warm, caring, and stimulating experience for our son. He’s been with them from infant class to now toddler. Staff and owners do a great job communication with us which is much appreciated. They have also been extremely thoughtful about our son’s development and making sure he’s in the classroom that matches his development, skills, and interests. Our daughter will be joining the infant class in the spring.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Danville. Both of our children attend, and they are excited every morning at drop-off. Even after a long day, they are still smiling at pickup!
The teachers are the heart of the school—they are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. We've seen amazing progress in both of our kids, which is a direct result of the fantastic curriculum and the dedication of the staff.
The owners are present, involved, and clearly care deeply about giving both the children and the parents a positive experience. They go out of their way to make our kids feel cherished, valued, and special. We feel so fortunate to have found a place that feels like a true partner in our children's growth and happiness.

Primrose Danville has been exceptional for both of my sons (3 yr old, 15 months). They go above and beyond in all areas - communication, care, education, and more. We have been so happy with everything, and our son has been going since this location opened at the beginning of 2024.
The teachers truly care for the kids and take a lot of time and pride in what they do. They all feel more like family to us, and we have come to value these relationships greatly. I’ve seen both my sons grow so much at Primrose: developmentally, socially, and emotionally.
I wish Primrose had been around when my oldest son was little because we went through a number of schools with him because expectations were not met.
I will always sign Primrose praised and recommend them to everyone.

Primrose has been an incredible environment for my son- who started there when he was just 5 months old and is now 2. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. The curriculum is balanced with play and structure, and communication with families is excellent. I've seen such wonderful progress in his confidence and learning — I couldn’t be happier with our experience.
My eldest son attended two different daycare/school settings in the San Ramon/Danville area, and unfortunately, I didn’t have great experiences at either one. Enrolling my second child at Primrose has been the best decision I’ve made — the level of care and the genuine way the owners invest in their families is on an entirely different level.
What stands out most to me is how open and responsive they are to feedback. No place is perfect, but the way they handle concerns here is such a green flag. Instead of getting defensive, they listen, take action, and always follow up to share what was done. That kind of communication and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated.
I truly feel that the owners and staff at Primrose care about the well-being of every child and family who walks through their doors, and that makes all the difference.
