My husband and i always get a call while at work when our.daughter has a tantrum or behaved badly. We've been disrupted several times which i think is a non emergency matter and would've been better told by the time we pick her up. One time my husband got a call while at work because she wouldn't stop her tantrum. The supervisor called him to have him talk to her on the phone to stop. I got a call yesterday 7/14/14 before noon while also at work because our daughter and another girl fought over a Barbie doll which resulted in the other girl getting hurt. The supervisor called me just to remind me to have a talk with my daughter. Really, this non emergency call could have been done much later. I've talked to several parents about this issue and I've been told by them that i should contact the corporate office or the person above the supervisor. I'm very close to doing that the only problem is i don't find it in their website but I'll find another way. I'm just sharing this information because we put our daughter on their care thinking they'll be able to handle situations like ours but i guess they can't despite their training??? I don't know....

I love this school! My infant child goes here and gets a lot of TLC from all of the staff! The teachers are awesome and my child loves coming here. It was really hard for me to just take my baby anywhere but i'm very glad I picked this place. Oh and as far as the other comment I'm not sure who Brenda is because my child isn't quite 2 yet but I sure hope she doesn't discriminate like that because my daughter happens to have two dads (my partner and I) and we have had such a good warm feeling from everyone so far.
