As a first time mom I was nervous to have my little guy away from home, but mommy needs to work!
After meeting the Primrose team I knew he's in the best care. All the management and teaching staff are friendly and adhere to the highest standard of childcare.
Procare has been an awesome app to keep up with feedings, diapering, photo updates!
Ms Brittanie the education coach is such an asset. She always so approachable and knowledgeable. My baby always lights up when he hears her voice.
I will be sure to let my friends and community know that I give my support to Primerose School đź’•

Ive had the chance to get to know Brittanie, the Education Coach at Primrose North Phoenix, and she is truly amazing.
She is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. From what I've seen and heard, the staff works hard to create a positive, welcoming environment for families and children. It's clear this school values quality care and strong leadership. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My children have been going here since they opened Brittanie has always been friendly/professional with every person that walks through the door and my children light up when she greets them which she never fails to do even if she’s working with her head in the computer or on the phone. She’s always made sure to keep myself and my wife updated on everything she’s been made aware of regarding them. I’ve seen it not just with myself and my children but with every parent, child, and staff member she’s an amazing person and someone I trust the education of my children with from infancy to maturity.

We LOVE our Primrose family! We have been with them since the day they opened and have not once regretted our decision. The teachers are so dedicated to growing our babies. They send little updates throughout the day that describe what the kids are learning and what activities they’ve been doing - I can’t tell you the peace of mind it gives me to see my little buddy playing and having such a great time on a daily basis. I can tell you that our son (and we) give Primrose North Phoenix 5/5 - would absolutely recommend.
