We toured this location in hopes that our soon to be 3 year old would start preschool here. While we decided not to send our son here, its not before anything we saw. (Price was just a little much for us and its a good distance from us) On our tour we were showed many different rooms of kids in class or daycare. We got a ton of information, and the school is very nice. Very clean, nice outside area, the office staff/administration seemed very well organized. Giving it a 4 star and not a 5 star only because they don't allow water bottles, must drink water provided there (tap water) and they insist on uniforms (more cost).

5 Stars Primrose Schools has been absolutely wonderful for our toddler! The teachers are warm, patient, and truly passionate about helping little ones grow. The curriculum is packed with fun and purposeful play that keeps our child engaged, learning, and excited to go back every day. We’ve seen amazing progress in their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This was a great choice to send our daughter here to start her educational and social growth. It’s comforting to know she’s in such a caring and stimulating environment. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational place for their toddler!

We are very pleased with the service we are receiving from Primrose. Our toddler is well cared for. His primary teacher is in the classroom with him all day. He comes home happy and not cranky.

Word of Advice: When you call for a tour of the school ask if your child's age group is full to begin with. I called the school for a tour and they were polite and prompt. They asked the age of my child so they could figure what class I would be seeing and then scheduled my family for an appointment. We arrived the next day and the owner showed us around the facility, which was informative, and very impressive. Upon ending she told us that she thought their was a wait list for his class until the end of June but needed to confirm tomorrow (which is today). I called today to find out what the status was as I was ready to enroll my child when I was told the wait list was until around october...I then asked why I was giving a tour for a facility that has no availability for 6 months. I then decided, that the school might be worth the wait so to please put me on the wait list. I was then told by the enrollment person Ms. P(cant remember her exact last name Petrowski maybe) that they would need me to fill out a pre-registration form and give $100 non-refundable fee. I wouldn't mind giving the registration fee if I had a confirmed start date. However, just like any other private school you have to sign a contract and a commitment and pay registration fees...Asking for a deposit when you don't have a start date confirmed is ridiculous as well, it isn't about the $100 but you would give a security deposit on an apartment to not know when your moving in. Bottom line: school looks wonderful. Customer service in my opinion was not appropriate I don't appreciate my time being wasted to be turned away. They should tell you ahead of time there is a wait list and then you can decide whether you still want to see it or not.
