The communication is excellent, and I love getting daily updates and photos — it gives me so much peace of mind while I’m at work. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, helping my child learn and build confidence every day. The staff and leadership truly go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. I can’t recommend Primrose enough to any parent looking for a quality early education experience!

With it being our first kid we were nervous about where we should enroll our son. After touring all the sites, we decided on Primrose Tatum. We had to be on the waitlist for a bit, but Primrose was very communicative and provided us with monthly updates about where we were. We’ve been there for a year and a half and have had a great experience here. The front staff are extremely friendly and answer any questions you have. Any concerns we have, are addressed promptly by the Director, Ms. Griffith. She’s quick to take action and takes our concerns seriously and is very accommodating to any special needs we may have. The teachers do genuinely care about your kiddos and will go above and beyond to try to make your kid comfortable there. The classrooms are structured and the teachers regularly trained. I love that there are no TVs here so they can focus on educating the kids and doing arts and crafts. Our son has picked up on some sign language and already knows a vast majority of colors, shapes and animals. During the summer they have a splash pad to try to beat the heat! They are always trying to come up with new ways to keep the kids engaged and entertained. You can tell that the staff here truly cares about all of the kids and wants what’s best for them and you as a parent.
