If you’re considering enrolling, I want to share our family’s experience so you can make the best decision for your child.
We experienced multiple serious safety incidents involving our toddler at Primrose School of East Mesa. Despite months of trying to work with leadership, the issues were never resolved, communication was inconsistent, most incidents were communicated to us parents-to-parent and when we asked leadership about what happened their response was “who told you” over prioritizing resolution. We were ultimately forced to unenroll for our child’s safety. We were also given conflicting explanations and very limited follow-up from administration.
I’m sharing this so other parents can be aware and ask the important questions before enrolling. Our kids deserve transparency, accountability, and safe care every single day and in our experience, that’s not a Primrose priority.

Tried to get info online but nobody called me until the next day. By then I was enrolled with a different daycare. What a joke.
