Primrose School of West Gilbert is an accredited daycare located in the Gilbert area that offers infant, toddler, preschool, pre-kindergarten and after school programs. For over 40 years Primrose preschools has been a trusted household name and a nationally recognized daycare provider committed to forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children.
My son loves Primrose and I feel like they love him there too! I feel as if the staff he has come across all remember his name - from his infant teacher to the chef - which is incredible. He comes home with new skills, words learned, and social skills that go so far. We get photos and videos all day long which makes it so much easier for us to enjoy our day and not stress about how he is doing - because we are seeing it in action and know what to expect when we pick him up.
They are so creative at Primrose and seem to always be incorporating fun activities, art work and hands on learning that the kids love.

We had very good experience till my kid was there for first 6-7 monthsBUT later when he went to this new classroom teacher was caught by us lying about how our kid was fed food that was sent from home and reality was no food was sent on that day from home and this continued for like a week or two as we thought maybe it was by mistake but they kept lying and we decided tot take our kid out
This place primrose is business model and just bunch of owners who don't care about kids or parents they just are running business and we are going to report them to child care services
So be very cautious before you enroll your kid to primrose in west Gilbert , south or north Gilbert

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review, just to make sure it wasn’t too good to be true. My daughter has been attending Primrose for about five months now, since I returned from maternity leave, and I can honestly say this place is incredible.
From the director, Sheena, to all the teachers and staff, everyone has been truly amazing. My daughter lights up when she sees her teachers, staff, and all the other babies. That kind of joy says everything. I go to work each day without a single worry, knowing she’s in loving, capable hands.
Every concern I’ve ever had has been met with genuine care and immediate attention. As a new parent, choosing a daycare or school can be nerve wracking, but I would choose this location again and again without hesitation. I’ve already recommended it to loved ones. It’s such a wonderful place to watch your child grow and develop.

love all the updates and photos I get throughout the day! My daughter seems happy and the staff seems to all personally know and care about her. The school also did a great job at accommodating my daughter’s rare food allergy which we really appreciated. We have only been there a few months, but have had zero issues and really love it so far.
