  The school is beautiful and always kept very clean. The staff are always friendly and we are so happy our son loves going to Primrose West. They do an exceptional job of ensuring he is in great hands.

  The teachers and staff are extremely friendly with all parents and students. I love that even the front desk staff tends to know the students names and families. I’ve loved how engaging the infant room is for our son! When we were trying to find a daycare we heard the slightly older room had a curriculum and thought that was amazing but it’s been incredible to see how much the youngest infants are also learning. I’m always impressed and amazed how many activities and learning opportunities there are for babies that are under 1! I have seen so many activities that I never would’ve thought to do so I’ve seen that my son has been learning since day 1 and isn’t only cared after or entertained all day, but learning so much! I can only imagine how much he will continue to grow and learn as he gets older. I know every teacher will be amazing at this school but I already feel sad that he won’t always have his current teachers! They are incredible and I find so much comfort in leaving him in their care. It’s obvious they care about every student and he smiles so big when he sees them!

  Our daughter has been attending this Primrose since it's opening. We have had a great experience, she is always very happy when I pick her up which I think speaks to the great job they are doing. The staff has been very easy and pleasant to communicate with. They have been great at taking pictures, which I always enjoy! I love getting the regular updates while at work. She has attended the other Primrose since she was 4 months old, and transferred to the new Primrose when it opened. We have attended other daycares in the past, and while this center is a little pricey, I feel the little bit of extra cost is very much worth it. The staff is great, my daughter is very happy. The facility is very clean. The new rooms are very spacious and set up well for the kids. They do a good job providing variety with the meals and my daughter seems to enjoy them. My daughter loves the outdoor area. She loves the special days they plan, for example they had a stuffie/picnic day and she loved having her stuffed animal eat lunch with her. My son used to attend the other Madison primrose, and we have used other daycares in the past. Primrose has been our best experience. All the improvements at this new Primrose have been great.

  They said they had an estimated open date of Dec 2023 so we paid the deposit hoping that they would definitely be open by the new year. They did not open until June 2024! Which means they are essentially expecting families to wait an extra 6 months for their establishment to open. This is so unrealistic and ridiculous beyond belief. After waiting until March we finally decided we could not wait any longer and went with a different childcare facility. I then sent two messages, one to corporate and one to them directly asking if they would refund the deposit. No reply back. The least you could have done is reply back and give me 5 minutes of your time, but nope. Disappointed is an understatement.
