- EAErin AllenDec 1, 20251.0I have now had two back to back appointments with them with a no show no call. The first time they completely forgot. I set back up for my next day that I would be home. They were supposed to come today. Again no show no call. I called and was told that no one worked today because of the cold weather. However, no one called. This is completely unacceptable. I talked to the same lady every time I called. Every time she seemed not to know exactly what she was doing. Today when I questioned why they couldn’t even call when they knew they weren’t working, she responded I don’t even work here. They have lost my business and any referrals from me. I would like to add that I have used them in the past with no problem. That was a couple years ago. Sad that they treat customers this way.
