- RNRamon NelsonNov 26, 20254.0Of course, we had the wait, which was to be expected with the hail damage. I guess blitz throughout Cheyenne and many are still waiting until Spring. We had an additional five grand for decking to meet code which no one knew before. That extra decking sat out for six days until Capital lumber picked it up this morning, which is why we were waiting even though they were asked to pick it up Last Thursday or Friday. That was also including extra supplies for the roof that your company did pick up this morning also. The gutters in our problem spot weren’t done the way he first explained it to us, so we had to call him and he did come right over to explain it : it didn’t work out the way he had told us Because to get the slant previously described, apparently the chimney was in the way. He is hoping that it will take care of it, but we will see. It only happens when we have a heavy downpour. Which, as you know is infrequent. But when it happens, we get rain in our basement. I’m to call back if that happens again. All crews were friendly, polite, and good cleanup. We were very pleased with Mike as our sales person, and pleased with the cleanup that each crew did (except for the extra materials). So technically, I’d give you 4 1/2 stars if I could

Billy did a great job to figure out a solution that worked where several other roofing companies flat out refused the job or ghosted us. Felt like he was honest and fair throughout the whole process and the roof and gutters turned out great. Highly recommend these guys.
