It is now October and the work has not been completed after multiple calls to this business. Each time we call we are told we will check into it and call you back and that never happens, or it should be in next Thursday. Still as of today the work has not been completed.

I'd had them come out 10 years ago and the tech gave me some tips that prolonged the life of that door and saved me a good bit.
