  Please set up online bill payment & access online!!!!!! The people who work at the office, constantly mess up my bill ever since June 2021. Couldn’t set me up on auto pay, set me up on auto pay by Dec, then couldn’t get me off auto pay & would charge my card every month for the 17yard & claim that they didn’t when I have proof & screenshots of all the bills! If you don’t stay on top of them, they’ll mess up your bill. It’s 2022, PLEASE SET UP ONLINE bill payment system where we can pay bills & look up our balance & pricing Without calling & bothering you at the office!!!!! They’ve messed up my Bill over 6 times! I try to give them a benefit of the doubt but when they constantly mess up your bill, it becomes Aggravating! Last month, I personally went to the office & triple asked to make sure that there weren’t any accounts or money owed & made sure that they told me to pay the right amount. Now the bill is here & it’s messed up again with 3 different amounts and when I call to confirm, they tell me that I owe them more money!!! From now on, I’m recording every single conversation & video recording them! This is unacceptable!!!! I have a business, if the people that are in the office can’t do their jobs, maybe they shouldn’t be working there! It would help them out if everyone had access to their own accounts so we don’t have to bother them at the office by calling 📞 to ask prices, and to confirm our bills. I don’t know how many times they’ve made me over pay my bill, but it’s becoming a huge problem, especially when I call to confirm my payment or to pay my bill & they tell me one thing & my business partner calls & they tell him a different thing. PLEASE MAKE OUR BILLS accessible & payable online!!!!
