- KOKim OldakerNov 28, 20231.0Representative Elliott was NOT a man of his word. Trust is the backbone of a company. Never trust a company that doesn’t honor their word. Went in person, looked at containers. Spoke to Elliott. Was told by Elliott we’d receive a call back concerning purchasing (2) 40’ high boy containers. Waited one week. No call. Called again. Was told by Elliott he’d forgotten about us and would speak to management and call back. No call. Called a third time. Was told by him he passed by our driveway multiple times week going to Nucor and would definitely check out our site. No show. This company representative has NOT honored his word. That speaks VOLUMES about a business. Will never recommend United Rental.
- HBHolly BuscherJul 15, 20221.0Allows there drivers to recklessly speed down a residential area which is posted for 25mph, where children and adults walk, walk their dogs, ride bikes etc. I don’t support a business where they allow to put children, adults, and animals in danger of being seriously hurt.
