I was given two options—repair the unit or replace the entire system—and I chose the repair. However, after the visit, the technician stated that the unit could not be repaired, yet I was still charged the full amount as if the work had been completed. Now the AC is displaying an error message, and the issue remains unresolved. This experience has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service and the lack of accountability.

They were able to get us in fast, and FIXED our furnace in 20 minutes! No miss or fuss. He actually fixed our problem, saved us a load of money, and didn’t try to push a new furnance on us. These guys are honest and efficient! Thanks so much!

We had a great experience with Pope, Ethan and Bill today. All three were polite, professional and quite frankly, enjoyable to spend the day with. They explained our new thermostats and left the house cleaner than they found it. We highly recommend!

Ethan & his understudy were polite, respectful of my home and explained the new system, future maintenance time lines & potential upgrades I may want to consider. The whole process was so much more stress free than I anticipated and I feel like they truly value my business. Unlike other companies, they didn't try to oversell me. I'm very happy & warm & am thrilled with my furnace and the service I got.
