- RFRick FerrisJun 24, 20245.0I have been using these guys for about five years now. This morning we had a problem with the air. The guy told me in the phone what was wrong and if I knew anything about it at all I could have fixed it myself but I do not. They show up in a timely manner and sure enough it was exactly what he said it was. Took less than five minutes to fix and they just charged me for a set call which was more than fair. It occurred to me that since I was so happy with them I should write a review. Excellent people and a great choice for your heating and air needs in and around the Kanawha Valley.
