R&R Comfort Systems is a family owned and operated HVAC Contractor. We are life long residents of Southern WV and are very proud to provide superior sales and service to our fellow West Virginians.
Our Installation Department is filled with HVAC veterans, most with more than 15 years experience. We pride ourselves on superior installations, which aids your new HVAC Equipment in both operating to capacity and lessening the incidence of premature equipment failure.
While we are very proud Carrier Dealers, our service department, manned by over 30 years of Service Tech experience, services and repairs all brands of HVAC equipment.

- LHLisa HolsteinApr 11, 20241.0We chose R&R to install a new cooling system last Spring. They have had to come out a couple of times to fix it, because it wasn’t cooling well. (It still isn’t.) We were told to call them after a year, and our first service this year would be free, and then we could pay $120.00 to have them come service it every year. We called today, and was told that wasn’t true, and that they’ve been hearing from a lot of people that they’ve been told this. The lady said that it’s $220.00 to come service it. We were also told that we have to pay up front, come by and pay, or mail a check, before they would even put us on the schedule for service. Also, even if we did that, there’s no guarantee what time of day they would come, because their guys just pretty much do whichever service appointments they want to. For anyone on the fence about choosing this company for service or installation, I would choose another company. LET ME EDIT TO ADD:YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT TRUE. YOU HAVE NOT ONLY BEEN TO MY HOUSE FOR FILTER CHANGES. BOTH TIMES IS BECAUSE THE SYSTEM WASN’T, AND STILL ISN’T WORKING CORRECTLY. WHEN I HAVE TO TURN MY AIR DOWN TO 65° TO COOL, SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THAT. I DIDN’T SEE THEM CHANGE ONE FILTER. THE FIRST TIME THEY FIXED SOMETHING IN OUR ATTIC THAT WASN’T PUT TOGETHER IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND NO, WE WEREN’T GIVEN A MAINTENANCE BROCHURE. LOL. YOU’RE REACHING WITH YOUR RESPONSE. ALSO, WE PURCHASED IT LAST SPRING IN 2023, NOT 2022, AND THEY HAVE NEVER REPLACED A FILTER, WE’RE USING OUR REUSABLE FILTER THAT WE HAD BEFORE THAT INSTALLATION. THE OWNER AND SERVICE MAN TOLD US THE ABOVE ABOUT MAINTENANCE. ALSO, YOUR RESPONSE MAKES ZERO SENSE. WE ARE AWARE THAT IT NEEDS YEARLY MAINTENANCE, WHICH IS WHY WE CALLED YOU GUYS. IT HASN’T BEEN TWO YEARS, IT HAS BEEN ONE. YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR FACTS.
