From the initial contact response time to replacing the glass (20 minutes while other places wanted my window all day) they were efficient. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass service and I will use them if i need glass again. Edit: it has now been 5 years and I'm in a different house which came with a wet window. I ignored it but finally decided it was time to get it taken care of. As promised I returned and I'm glad I did. The trip was a bit further this time but the 90 minutes total I invested was well worth it. Do not hesitate to give these guys your business.
