Clear communication at all times. We received exceptionally professional service from Shane who talked through options with us regarding some of the issues we have with our current furnace set up. Shane is very knowledgeable and focused on customer service; this company won't nickel and dime the customer trying to convince them they need something they don't. In fact we asked him to initially come out for a furnace servicing appointment and duct cleaning and he was happy to report we didn't need duct cleaning at all (which saved us from paying for something we didn't yet need)! Very happy with the service we received and will be having him back out in spring to service our AC unit once the snow has melted.
