On the coldest day of the year late night when we should've all been in bed, he was more worried about getting us warm in our home than how much money he could squeeze out of us in this emergency situation. He was thorough, kind, and explained everything very effectively. He got us all fixed up for the night and set us up with some long term security we know we can count on. 100% recommend!

He was immediately able to determine that the problem was actually our gas meter and not our furnace, but did give our furnace a thorough "check-up" and pointed out some potential issues to keep an eye on. He was on-time, friendly and knowledgable, and while he identified some issues that we might want to fix eventually, he in no way pressured us to make a decision on the spot. After having my daughter hear what he proposed, we decided to go ahead with the furnace replacement. Jacob, Ryan and Tim along with Travis worked wonderfully together and had my new furnace installed by 3:00 p.m. I am so happy with the job that was done by these helpful, kind and enjoyable workers. I look forward to many years of good service from your company.

The fix was fairly simple—a wire had burned through because it was resting on the motor. Shane was caring, kind, polite, and honest about some maintenance we should have been doing on our furnace. He also offered his company’s monthly plan, which significantly reduced the service cost for a weekend call outside of normal work hours, and he didn’t charge us for the quick wire repair. On Time Heating & Cooling is the only company we’ll use moving forward.
