They always kept me appraised of scheduling and installers were very neat and professional. Even the electrical inspector commented on the quality of the wiring of their panels. It's super easy to check on the status of the system and see where the generated power is going, the house, batteries or back on the grid. The only delay at all was with our electrical co-op's final inspection, even though they had been notified the day electrical inspector was done they took over a month to do 45 min of work. Not Ethos' fault at all. 10/10 would highly recommend.
